Dillon is an associate in the firm's litigation practice. He joins the firm with extensive experience in the judicial system, having clerked for Judge Orme at the Utah Court of Appeals, and having interned for Chief Justice Durrant at the Utah Supreme Court and Judge Lindberg at the Third District Court of Utah.

While in law school, Dillon was awarded a Quinney Fellowship, competed as a quarterfinalist in the Pace National Moot Court Competition, served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Utah Law Review, and competed as a semifinalist in the Traynor Moot Court Competition, where he was also recognized as the competition's Best Oralist. Before law school, Dillon earned a B.S. from Weber State University, where he graduated top of his class in Philosophy.
