Shaunda McNeill is an associate with Hatch, James & Dodge. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and represents clients in both state and federal courts in a variety of matters, including disputes related to contracts, trade secrets, patents, corporate malfeasance and other business torts, among others.

Prior to joining Hatch, James & Dodge, Shaunda served as a Law Clerk to Justice Christine M. Durham of the Utah Supreme Court. Shaunda graduated magna cum laude from the Duke University School of Law in 2012.
