Brent O. Hatch is the founding member of Hatch, James & Dodge, PC. Mr. Hatch began the practice of law in Salt Lake City after an illustrious career with federal government, including positions in the U.S. Department of Justice and as Associate Counsel to the President of the United States.
Mr. Hatch is a senior trial lawyer with extensive jury trial experience. He represents some of the largest corporations in the United States as well as Utah companies and individuals. His cases involve complex litigation in a wide variety of matters including patent infringement, securities fraud, contract disputes, products liability, fraud, business torts, antitrust, and class actions in both federal and state courts throughout the United States.
